When you are not feeling well,you can do this

1.使用線上測驗平台提供的測驗,初步了解自己的身心狀態,可做為是否尋求資源協助的評估。

Use the quizzes provided by the online quiz platform to get an initial understanding of your physical and mental state, and whether you are seeking an assessment of resource assistance

2.可依照自己便利方式使用電子、電話管道表達困擾,找人一起分擔並協助安排諮詢,讓我們可以一同面對目前所遇到的困擾。

You can use electronic and telephone channels to express your troubles in your own convenient way. Find someone to share and help arrange consultations so that we can face the problems we are currently experiencing.

3.瀏覽心理健康平台,會不定期有關心理方面的新鮮資訊,激盪想法與觀念。

     Browse the mental health platform, and provide fresh information about the psychological aspects from time to time to stimulate ideas and concepts.

4.不定期進行身心評估,使用線上平台提供的測驗了解目前的身心狀 態,為自己健康做把關。

    Conduct physical and psychological assessments from time to time, use the  tests provided by the online platform to understand your physical and mental state, and do your own health checks.

Step 2: Inform the need, sign the service consent form, and consult with the professional.

步驟三:協助安排轉介心理諮詢如需後續轉介,由專職人員協助安排後續諮詢服務時間及地點

Step 3: If a follow-up referral is required, the full-time staff will assist in arranging the time

and place for follow-up consultation services.
